**Your opportunity**

Reporting to the General Manager, an exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced and enthusiastic **Learning and Development Manager** with exceptional people skills to come and lead the Learning & Development team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Develop innovative and best practice approaches to delivery and forecasting of training.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching & direction for Training Facilitators
- Provide advice and support given to ensure and maintain accurate record keeping for all staff.
- Support Training facilitators to use the LMS to its full capacity.
- Support the development of learning pathways to support staff with role and career development.

**About you**
- 3-5 years strong demonstrated experience as a Learning/Training Manager.
- 5+ years direct training and facilitation experience.
- Sound experience of adult learning principles.
- Knowledge of training needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs.
- Experience of working in the Disability Sector.
- Current Certificate IV TAE.
- Qualifications and/or proven experience in mandatory training delivered in the Disability Sector.
