The Company ADP Store Fixtures is an agile and established retail services organisation which sources and manufactures shelving and display systems for retail chains and boasts 35 years' industry experience. An Australian family-owned and operated SME, our client leverages an extensive global supply chain of trusted partners with in-house Australian timber and metal fabrication facilities to provide cost-effective merchandising solutions on a local and national multi-site scale.
The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with experience in the commercial, fit-out industry. ADP are seeking a talented Sales Project Consultant to join their team and drive business growth in this dynamic sector. Strong consultancy skills are essential to establish and maintain rapport with both existing and potential clients to grow sales and ongoing goodwill. This is project-based selling and managing multiple projects in the retail sector.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Identify, nurture and grow project-based sales opportunities including the generation of new leads as well as targeted follow-through on direct client inquiries
- Carry out face-to-face visits to provide technical standards advice, show products, offer services, inspect sites and establish client requirements and preferences
- Carry out site assessments and prepare site plans for design briefings
- Interpret specifications, floor plans design briefs, and client discussions to provide a clear briefing to the design team

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in project-based consultancy selling - B2B
- Experience in a similar industry - commercial fit-out or shopfitting
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of plans, and working knowledge of measurements and site characteristics
- Team leadership capability
