Exciting opportunity to join a State Government Department as a Fleet Administrator

**Your new company**

A State Government Department is looking for a Fleet Administration Officer to join their team. This role requires you to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis.

**Your new role**

As an experienced Legal Support Officer your daily duties will include but won’t be limited to:

- Document control
- Report writing
- Competency management
- Retention of documentation
- Provide administration support
- Use of electronic systems

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing fleet administration support
- Experience in document control, report writing, competency management and distribution and retention of documentation
- Proficient in the use of electronic documentation control system software
- Experience providing secretarial, administrative and operational support
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
