We currently have a position available for a suitably experienced Fleet/Stores Administrator based in our Bibra Lake office.

Our Company is in the need for a dedicated Fleet/Stores Administrator to join our projects based team. Your role will be diverse, including exposure to a range of administration duties.

You will be reporting to the Fleet Coordinator providing a high quality level of administrative support to DTMT projects and service operations.

Duties will include:

  • Administrate the day to day activities of the fleet division and staff
  • Accurately and regularly update and maintain all plant and equipment registers
  • Coordinate the certification and servicing of plant and equipment
  • Maintenance and coordination of relevant registrations associated with the fleet
  • Raising of purchase orders as required for plant and equipment, store and project stores consumables
  • Maintenance and updating of plant and equipment databases
  • Accurate record keeping and issue of fuel pins/tags
  • Update timesheet of all site personnel in the Division on a daily basis for management authorisation
  • Communicate both formally and informally with Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors and other teams on a regular basis
  • Administration of supply requisitions to support our site based teams
  • Ensure all managers requests are carried out in an efficient and prompt manner
  • Roster Management
  • Other duties as directed by your manager

The successful applicant will possess:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar administration role
