We are seeking a Sales Technical Support Engineer to join our team based in Huntingwood to provide technical and engineering product support to our NSW Sales Team. You will provide your technical expertise on product specification and site survey support. Working alongside our collaborate Sales Team, we are looking for someone who possesses strong communication skills and has experience in a technical or product support position.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide product and technical support to Sales team on our range of equipment
- Assisting in preparation of sales quotes as required
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product specifications
- Support key account and national tendering process
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and attend conferences and training

**Requirements for success**:

- Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar
- Experience in technical and product support
- High proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suites
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
