**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a** Adm**inistrative Officer** to be part of our Human Resources**team within the People and Capability Command. The Administrative Officer provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive command/business unit knowledge to support the business area's program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations.

This position is located at the NSW Police Academy in Goulburn. The office in Goulburn offers a spacious environment with free and secure on-site parking, cafe and gym facilities.

This role provides a range of administrative Human Resources services to the People and Capability Command. The position works within a small HR team based in Sydney and Goulburn providing human resources support to nearly 800 employees.

The position would suit an applicant with experience in workers compensation, payroll, policy and award conditions as well as analysis and reporting of HR information.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an eye for detail and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience in a records management system and Enterprise Resource Planning software such as SAP would be an advantage.

As the People and Capability Command provides services statewide, occasional travel may be required as part of the role.
