Mandatory qualifications and conditions
- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role. Highly desirable, but not mandatory for this role: A degree from a recognised tertiary institution in data science, geospatial science, information technology, mathematics, economics, or an equivalent qualification.
Requirements of the role
- Experience with relevant software including SQL, spatial analysis tools, relational databases, data visualisation tools and Microsoft Office. Ability to use initiative and resourcefulness to prioritise work and deliver effective results within agreed timeframes. Experience in identifying, developing and implementing improvements to the efficiency, accuracy and accessibility of work processes. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively, seek understanding of other's needs by asking questions and clarifying.
