**About the Role**

You’ll travel across NSW, leading training for new venue openings, supporting existing venues, and helping implement programs that set our teams up for success.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Training and onboarding new venue teams.

Running workshops and maintaining training materials.

Supporting food safety, compliance, and operational training.

Improving processes and identifying training needs across venues.

**What We’re Looking For**:
2+ years’ experience in multi-site training (QSR or food retail preferred).

A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Self-motivated, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.

A valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel.
