If you thrive on working with data, creating impactful dashboards, and contributing to strategic decisions, this is the role for you

**What You'll Do**:

- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to track KPIs and drive business decisions.
- **Provide Insights**: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Data Management**: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data by validating sources and collaborating with IT to improve data processes.
- **Training & Support**: Share your BI expertise by training end-users and serving as the go-to resource for analytics best practices.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A degree in **Data Science**, **Computer Science**, **Business Analytics**, or a related field.
- At least **1 year of experience** in data visualisation or a similar role, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Advanced skills in **DAX**, **Power Query**, and data modeling within Power BI.
- Bonus points for proficiency in **Python**, **R**, or **SQL**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
