Work for one of the biggest financial services businesses, they have helped over 1 million + customers secure homeloans, car loans & personal loans.

As their brand-new Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for a series of LAM initiatives across digital, social, eDMs, print, sponsorships, partnerships, events, and activations.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role would suit someone who is looking to round out their generalist marketing skill set & loves being hands on and making a genuine difference.

**A little more about the role**
- Creation of relevant communications, assisting with the preparation of marketing materials including business partner guides, calculators, collateral, and updates.
- Produce pre
- and post-campaign analysis including a review of execution, process, results, and suggested improvements.
- Provide marketing and direct marketing campaign briefs to external agency and/or internal teams, communicate plan and manage the creative production process.
- Monitor and maintain branded collateral and reference guides on third party websites, software or any other repositories used by business partners.

**A little more about you**
- 4-5 + years’ experience within Marketing/Digital
- Ability to use data and critical thinking to distil insights to influence or shape outcomes.
- Ability to work with internal teams (design, content etc) to deliver always-on campaigns & performance reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A growth mindset, resilient nature
