**Job Overview**:

- Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support qualitative research projects. The role involves collecting and analyzing non-numerical data from interviews, focus groups, observations, and documents to identify patterns and generate insights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and execution of qualitative research studies.
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, or field observations as required.
- Transcribe and analyze qualitative data using appropriate tools or software.
- Identify recurring themes and trends across data sets.
- Summarize findings into clear reports and presentations.
- Maintain organized research records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
- Stay updated with qualitative research methods and tools.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Education, etc.).
- Experience with qualitative research techniques, including data coding and analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or similar (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
