The Research Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys transforming data into meaningful recommendations within Australia's business environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather market, industry, and competitor insights


• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth


• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders


• Collaborate with internal teams to provide research-based recommendations


• Monitor industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor activity


• Assist in designing and executing surveys, interviews, and other research methodologies


• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of research data


• Support strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field


• 1–3 years of experience in research, analytics, or a similar role


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, Power BI)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


• Familiarity with Australian market trends and business practices is advantageous


• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time-management skills
