ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an qualitative superstar to join our team and help solve problems for some of Sydney's top businesses. You'll be using your creativity to answer clients' needs, and enabling growth through your amazing qualitative research skills. This is your chance to think outside the box and create solutions that will make a real impact.
As a senior member of the qual team, you will use your coaching and development skills to lead and develop effective project teams ensuring great outcomes are delivered and junior team members are mentored and developed. All while working alongside passionate, experienced and strategic team that will help you stretch your craft and client skills.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU
You hold a university degree in your area of expertise. With 6+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency, commercial environment, or in freelancing, you've honed your skills in qualitative research. You have fine-tuned expertise in research, marketing, psychology or social science fields.
You have excellent knowledge of insights covering a range of project areas, including such; as brand and communication development and testing, innovation and NPD.
You have a track record of leading projects with ease and impact, backed by solid analytical abilities. You have knowledge, or the desire to learn, in the area of Culture Analysis and/or Behaviour Change. You're not afraid to think outside the box and explore new ideas, using your creativity to solve complex challenges with our clients.
As a natural leader, you excel at collaborating with your team, mentoring others, and guiding clients to success.
