Market Research Analyst
to join our team and help us understand markets, consumers, and trends through data-driven research and strategic analysis.

In this role, you'll collect and interpret data, identify opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that influence key business strategies. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure our decisions are grounded in meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes
  • Gather data from primary and secondary sources (surveys, interviews, databases, reports, etc.)
  • Perform data cleaning, statistical analysis, and visualization to uncover actionable insights
  • Prepare research summaries, presentations, and dashboards that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define research objectives and support marketing strategy, product development, and forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and consumer trends
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methods and tools

Qualifications & Skills

  • 0-1 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or business intelligence
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or other analytical tools
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
  • Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and market research methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about transforming data into strategic impact
