Our local Risk and Compliance team is responsible for managing all risk and compliance aspects for eToro AUS Capital Limited and eToro Asset Management Limited. This includes compliance with laws, rules and regulatory guides, best practice guides and internal policies for both regulated and unregulated products. More specifically, the team is responsible for AFSL compliance, AML Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Regulatory Liaison, Special Projects and Complaints Handling. The team provides quarterly reports to the Risk Committee, Compliance Committee and Product Governance Committee.

We are looking conscientious Compliance Manager on a **12 month contract**. Working with our local and global compliance teams, these will be your responsibilities:

- Help maintain and manage the Risk and Compliance Framework for the two AFSL entities
- Prepare, review and maintain client related documents (PDS, T&C's, TMDs etc.)
- Have oversight and approval of any marketing materials
- Ongoing monitoring and oversight of regulatory development
- Implementation of regulatory developments into Company’s policies and practice
- Ad-hoc generalist compliance work as and when required by the wider teams

**Requirements**:

- Academic Degree - Finance or Legal desired
- Previous job experience in a related field - minimum 3 years
- Extensive knowledge and experience with the Corporations Act 2001 for financial services, including ASIC regulations
- Specific experience in client facing obligations including PSD, FSG, TMDs etc
- Strong written, verbal and influencing skills - must be comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management
- Be open to creative solutions
- Be a strong team player
