**Role Overview**:
The Accounting Analyst plays a vital role in supporting TMC’s financial operations, compliance efforts, and strategic objectives. This position ensures the preparation and management of financial activities, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivery of accurate financial insights critical to TMC’s performance and decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Fund Accounting**:

- Prepare and review transactions for investing entities.

**2. Fund Financial Reporting**:

- Draft audited and unaudited financial statements and reports for investment entities.

**3. Management Accounting & Reporting**:

- Prepare and review financial reports for corporate groups and enterprises within financial services.
- Handle management financial reporting for investment managers.

**4. Investor Reporting**:

- Prepare account statements for wholesale investors and ensure accurate maintenance of investor records.
- Review investor registries, equity accounting, and debt schedules.

**5. Performance Reporting**:

- Prepare capital asset pricing models and IRR reports for private equity, venture capital, and digital assets.

**6. Liquidity & Solvency Management**:

- Develop cash flow forecasts to assess the liquidity and solvency of investing entities and management companies.

**7. Compliance & AML/CTF Duties**:

- Conduct client due diligence reviews for AML/CTF compliance.
- Perform surplus liquid funds reviews for AFS Licensees.
- Review subscription forms for compliance purposes.

**8. Valuations**:

- Validate methodologies for valuing investments in private equity, venture capital, and digital assets.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:
