Site Supervisor required on Temp Basis to oversee Heritage Listed project in the heart of Ballarat.
**Your new company**
Our client is a market leader in developing environmentally sustainable residential and commercial projects across Victoria. In business now for over thirty years, they are looking to bring on a Site Supervisor to assist hand over a Heritage Listed property over the next few months.

**Your new role**
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible to coordinate the construction works on site and to monitor the delivery of projects to meet the company’s requirements for quality, safety, and budget. This role is a temporary position based in Ballarat.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
- Regular internal auditing to ensure conformance to requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor scope of works.
- Monitor the project construction schedule.
- In conjunction with the Project Managers, liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to discuss and resolve issues.
- Oversee subcontractor daily operations. In conjunction with the Project Managers, analyse various cost/construction options to determine most cost-effective alternatives.
- Daily and fortnightly programming.
