**Ballarat**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Weighbridge/Sample Stand Coordinator based at our Ballarat Packing site.

**Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Validate Weighbridge Operations in accordance with relevant legislation, codes and regulations, organisational procedures and manufacturer's instructions.
- Enforce Grain Harvest Management Scheme as required and send monthly reports to Department of Transport for overloaded vehicles
- Generate weekly tickets and invoices as well as monthly statements
- Coordinate daily bookings in spreadsheet for loads into site and liaising with clients and growers as first point of call
- Maintain up to date Purchase and Sales Contract information
- Enter drivers log book page data to check driving times
- Liaise with truck drivers, handle enquires and follow up where required
- Familiarity with sampling analysis procedures
- Experience with grain sampling and associated technology
- Public Weighbridge Operator qualifications
- Experience in the MS Office suite
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- High level of interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in the grain industry is highly advantageous
