**THE ROLE**

**More about the role**:

- Performing document control including recording transmittal of documents, maintain current versions, managing Origin review and approval work flows
- Maintain Project Document Deliverables Registers and Artefacts
- Coordinating inductions with contractors and Origin trainers, capturing relevant qualifications and high-risk work licences
- Managing the outage rosters, track personnel site hours and plan relevant activities (such as induction sessions)
- Minuting meetings and tracking actions and completions, drafting reports for the Project Manager
- Assist the HSE business partners to enter Observations to OCIS, maintain HSE notice boards, perform site walk downs, investigate HSE incidents
- Managing the approval of contractor time sheets by the relevant Origin personnel and tracking the total value of the orders
- Manage receipting and issuing of inventory and consumables
- Stocktake and reconciliation of parts
- Manage procurement activities by raising, monitoring and close out of project purchase orders

**IS THIS YOU?**
- Superior oral and written communication.
- Well-developed analytical, investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including the capacity to build relationships with internal and external contacts across a wide range of disciplines and viewpoints
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Ellipse ERP
- Sharepoint experience
- OCIS experience
