Are you a confident communicator with a passion for property? Do you understand what it takes to guide a client from dream to build contract? Join a growing residential builder specialising in custom homes and knockdown rebuilds across Sydney's booming northwest.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage inbound and self-generated leads from first enquiry to contract signing
- Conduct site assessments and guide clients through feasibility and build options
- Work closely with estimators, drafters, and project managers to align client needs with cost and design
- Confidently present build contracts and handle objections
- Follow up leads with discipline using CRM tools

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in residential construction sales or building consultancy
- Strong understanding of knockdown rebuilds and council requirements in Sydney’s northwest
- Excellent people and negotiation skills — you know how to close
- Ability to read basic plans and construction documentation
- Self-motivated and reliable with strong follow-up habits
