About the role
Reporting to the Leadership and Mentoring Programs Lead Team, your primary focus will be promoting innovation and thought leadership while supporting the development of multi-platform educational initiatives that meet the growing needs of our members.
As our Program Coordinator (Leadership Development), you'll also:
Support design, development, evaluation and continuous improvement activities for all programs
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to coordinate leadership and mentoring program activities, such as webinars, keynote speakers, workshops, and events
Coordinate logistics and delivery of leadership and mentoring events
Manage program communications, resources, and marketing support
Ensure the effective organisation and documentation of all processes.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in coordinating and implementing multi-platform educational programs.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong coordination and event management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage timelines and competing priorities
Experience working with diverse stakeholders
