This is an exciting opportunity for a **Project Scheduler** to join our **Morwell, Victoria **project team within the Asset Services Division for a short-term maintenance shutdown in October.

**Asset Services** specialises in critical boiler maintenance, piping and pressure welding, onsite turnkey outage maintenance and projects delivery.

**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**
- Collect and interpret data from management to develop and manage the project schedule, updating it twice daily
- Monitor progress of all work, identify, and make amendments to the program in relation to the workforce
- Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide management with a 2-days look-ahead on priority jobs
- Notify management if activities are not meeting deadlines and assist with reprioritisation
- Resource the activities
- Co-ordinate & manage the subcontractors and program their works into the overall schedule (scaffolding, insulation, electrical, refractory, survey/NDT)
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty, and accountability

- Demonstrated industry experience
- Previous power station experience
- Ability to promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
