This is a new opportunity for an experienced
**Program Scheduler** to join a large Enterprise level organisation to support a transformation journey to digitise and simplify processes.

This role is to support the Program Manager and project team to help with a service modernisation program.

**Key roles & responsibilities**:

- Establishing a scheduling management system that's efficient and sustainable.
- Collaborating with project managers and experts to plan assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Ensuring that project timelines align with the needs of various departments and stakeholders.
- Tracking project deadlines and timelines.
- Identifying potential schedule setbacks and promptly taking action to resolve them.
- Assessing project performance and creating progress reports.
- Incorporating updates and alterations to project schedules as necessary.
- Providing suggestions to ensure projects remain on budget and completed within the designated timeframe.
- Keeping stakeholders updated on project timelines and deadlines.
- Recording and documenting project scheduling processes.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Having a PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is desirable.
- Must have at least two years of experience as a project scheduler in a related industry.
- Proficient in using MS Project software for project scheduling at an advanced level.
- Demonstrated expertise in schedule planning and management.
- Thorough understanding of the scope of projects within the industry.
- Advanced ability to assess project progress and take timely corrective action.
- Skilled in keeping stakeholders updated on project timelines and changes.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities
- Previous experience in Government agency (highly desired).
