**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator/ Coordinator to join our Professional Services team.
The Service Delivery Coordinator provides a single point of contact for customers in relation to the supply of contracted services aligned to the customers’ requirements and the businesses service levels. You will support customers end to end, as well as work in conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager to provide support for our large customer base.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for client work requests.
- Establishing strong rapport with customers, suppliers, technicians, and managers.
- Maintain consistent client communication throughout the process, including the preparation of service quotes, work orders and invoices.
- Use internal data management systems to log job details and raise job orders.
- Schedule the allocation and distribution of works, maintaining open communication with all service technicians and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of client requirements.
- Book and organise travel, accommodation and vehicle hire for staff and projects.
- Ensure technicians submit timesheets & expenses accurately.
- General administrative duties
**Essential Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, scheduling or Administration role.
- Expertise in MS Office, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environments.
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate and Self-motivated.
**Desired Requirements**:
- Previous experience in IT Services industry.
- Experience in Project Coordination.
