This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is deeply committed to quality in
Early Childhood services for children, families and educators.

We are looking for someone who is able to work hands on with our Centre Directors
to inspire high quality service provision based on their own extensive experience in the Early Childhood sector.

You’ll be managing 4 centres across Sydney with all
travel expenses, vehicle tag, phone and laptop included.

Team of likeminded managers and educators to network and bounce off.

The role is based in Sydney.

You will work directly with Centre Directors, providing support around quality programs and service provision,
in person, over the phone and via Zoom, ensuring services meet and exceed their obligations under the National Quality Framework.

**Key responsibilities**
- To manage your time to visit all services and report back to the management team weekly
- Working closely with Centre Directors to implement systems and operational processes

for the effective day to day management of each centre.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to Centre Directors and staff to promote a high level of understanding

of the Early Years Framework and the delivery of engaging, creative and environmentally friendly programs for children.
- Build and maintain open and supportive communication with staff, children and families of each centre.
- Ensure each centre operates according to company policies and procedures,

legislative requirements and the National Quality Framework.
- Mentor Centre Directors and Educatorsto achieve their own professional goals and high levels of performance.
- Manage internal and external reporting requirements efficiently.
- Be able to Identify and embrace opportunities to continuously support services

to learn and grow through professional development.

**_Qualifications_**
- A Diploma of ECEC or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent with NESA Proficient Teacher Accreditation
- A current First Aid Certificate, Asthma/Anaphylaxis training
- Child Protection Training
- A current working with children check

**_Experience_**
- Must have experience as an Area Manager, managing multiple early educations services at the one time
- A high level of knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to develop positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership, people and time management skills
- A high level of understanding of operational best practice
- Work ethic that embraces a high level of integrity and reliability

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
