**Position: Quality and Curriculum Area Manager (NSW)**

- **Qualification**: Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)

**The Role**:
Drive the success of the services under your mentorship across all 7 quality areas through close collaboration with Area Managers and Centre Leadership teams. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic and effective programmes, resources and professional learning throughout the centres in alignment with National frameworks and the organisation's Philosophy. You will be a present and positive member of each centre team, with a relationships-focused approach to providing excellent management and mentorship.

This is a brilliant opportunity for experienced leaders with multi-site management experience and strong pedagogical knowledge to further their career.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equiv.)
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience
- Multisite management experience (15+)
- Full drivers licence
- Team mentality
- Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children
- Valid WWCC check
