Early Expressions is a quality Early Childhood service in Camden, with a wonderful team of long-standing educators. We are seeking enthusiastic, mature minded and caring educators to join our team on either a part time or full time appointment.

We are a single stand alone service, licensed for 43 children per day, that is highly regarded in our community. We offer a positive working environment, well resourced classrooms with a warm, welcoming approach. Our values are child and family focused, on inclusion, wellbeing, belonging, respect and connection.

Adhering to the National Quality Standards, you will also assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to implementing our interest based curriculum, working within a collaborative team to provide educational opportunities for the children.

Desired skills and approach:

- ACECQA approved qualification Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Maintain a valid paid Working with Children Check through the Office of the Children's Guardian
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Commitment to inclusive practices and child protection
- Identify and Respond to Children at Risk certificate (desirable)
- Initiative and consistency in striving for quality
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team of educators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A love of children and passion for Early Years Education
- Capacity to engage children through activities and experiences
- Communicate effectively with children, families and within our team
- Able to undertake the physical requirements involved in E/C setting
