**About You**

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their early development? Look no further **Endeavour Early Education Concord** is seeking a friendly, creative, and dedicated Childcare Room Assistant to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis.

**Position Overview**:
As a Childcare Room Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead educators in delivering high-quality care and education to our young learners. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and friendly nature will contribute to creating a warm and engaging atmosphere where children can thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the lead educators to plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
- Assist in creating a safe, clean, and organised learning environment for children.
- Supervise and engage with children during indoor and outdoor playtime, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal and nap times, toilet training, and hygiene practices.
- Observe and document children's development and progress, providing feedback to the lead educators.
- Support children with additional needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in all activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA).
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a strong dedication to their well-being and development.
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Effective organisational and time management skills.
