Thrive Early Learning Centres is looking for an exceptional Area Manager to lead a small region of Centres and champion excellence across people, quality, and operations.

About the Role

As our Area Manager, you'll:

  • Coach and develop Centre Leaders to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Drive performance across occupancy, rostering, quality and family satisfaction
  • Ensure strong compliance, child safety and NQF/NQS standards
  • Support Centre integrations and contribute to Thrive's exciting growth journey
  • Build positive, collaborative relationships across teams and families

About You

You'll bring:

  • Experience as an Area Manager or senior Centre Leader/Nominated Supervisor
  • Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of NQF, NQS, EYLF and compliance requirements
  • Commercial acumen + ability to drive performance and positive culture
  • Passion, resilience and a commitment to child-centred practice
