Due to rapid company growth, we are in search of
**3 experienced Labour hire Consultants **to work within three of our high-performing Labour hire desks (Scaffolding, Electrical, Engineering)
***based out of Surry Hills, Sydney.

You will be joining a team who consider company culture and a supportive environment to be the main reasons for our success thus far.

We are seeking someone who is driven, passionate, and craving success but most importantly whose values match ours.

**Expectations**
- Minimum 2.5 years experience in Labour hire OR Company Allocations.
- We would consider, Senior, Principal, Lead Consultants or Allocators.
- Be able to maintain a labour-hire desk of 50 + placements on-site daily.
- Build and nurture both existing client bases.
- Bring on new clients to work with us.

**WHAT'S ON OFFER**
- Up to 100k Base + Super (210K OTE)
- Up to 35% Comms and accelerators.
- All Desks have active orders and placements on-site, all the desk needs is some nurturing and extra exposure for rapid growth.
