Located in Claremont, St Louis Home Care, is seeking a compassionate Workforce Coordinator with previous scheduling experience.

**Workforce Coordinator Responsibilities**:
Prepare weekly schedules for the home care team, in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Coordinate and problem solve daily changes to staffing schedules to ensure consumers needs and preferences are matched to staff skills and competency.

Review and check staff timesheets prior to payroll fortnightly.

Communicate in a respectful and effective manner with external partners, suppliers, consumers, and their representatives to achieve best outcomes.

Regularly update Client Management System (CMS) with care plan tasks list, extra service charges, fee changes (government subsidy,income tested fee, basic daily care fee) and key information to ensure consumer budgets and needs are kept up to date.

Coordinate staff training to ensure all staff training requirements are met, including mandatory training.

Supervise, support, and undertake annual staff performance reviews.

Provide general administration support to the home care management team.

Support recruitment practices of appropriately skilled and trained staff to ensure the safe delivery of care and services to consumers.

Cover transport services, as required.

Some on-call, as required.

**Workforce Coordinator Requirements**:

- Relevant scheduling experience of 2 years or more.
- Knowledge of Home Care Packages and Aged Care Quality Standards is desired but not essential
- A motor vehicle driver’s license and appropriately insured vehicle.
- National Police Clearance (Less than 3 years old).
- Right to work in Australia.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience with Telstra Home Care Manager System desired.

**Salary**: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
