- Base salary range: $100,524 - $111,534 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

**About the area**

The Centre for English Language Teaching (CELT) works to enhance recognition of UWA internationally by providing high quality intensive English language programs and allied services, including language testing services. It contributes to UWA’s priorities and operations through its expertise in the teaching, learning, and testing of the English language and through its international promotional activities. Within this context, UWA CELT’s annual turnover of around $10M from tuition and test fee income enables it to be self-funding whilst making a contribution to services for the University’s students. UWA CELT is a part of the office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) and has a key role in supporting and furthering the University’s international strategies. Study Tours is an important arm of UWA CELT’s business, with approximately $2.5 million revenue annually.

**About the opportunity**
- You will develop and coordinate all aspects of a portfolio of UWA CELT’s Study Tour programs.
- Be responsible for both academic and non-academic aspects of group enrolments of students from UWA CELT’s international institutional and corporate partners.
- Undertake planning and delivery of a suite of study tour programs. Study Tours may be predominately for English Language study at UWA CELT.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial and extensive senior administrative experience in activity or course programming in the education or training sector (English Language sector ideally.
- Excellent people management skills.

**Note**: Occasional Seasonal Overseas Travel / Occasional weekend work.
