Domain Lead/Enterprise Architect with an engineering qualification
- Experienced with business critical systems
- Perm role in Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane

This position requires a Domain Lead/senior Enterprise Architect with experience of operationally critical business systems to focus on critical operational components at the core of the business.
- Lead the development of comprehensive architecture artefacts and provide overall leadership in the domain to ensure effective designs, governance, and implementation of agreed solutions
- Work with program and project teams to ensure realisation of the agreed architectures and ensure that all relevant architecture artefacts within the EA repository are updated to reflect delivered solutions
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business drivers and capabilities (current and future state)
- Assess initiatives and proposals against EA principles, standards, patterns, capabilities, strategic initiatives, and requirements.
- Contribute to the overall development of the Enterprise Architecture practice and related business capabilities, including researching and advising on relevant trends and industry practices

You will have:

- Extensive architecture experience, including as an Enterprise Architect
- A professional engineering qualification (non-negotiable)
- Experience working in industries with critical systems (e.g. healthcare or mining)
- Extensive senior stakeholder engagement experience

This is a permanent role and can be based in Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane (remote work is a possibility but not preferred). The working arrangement will be 2 days a week in an office.
