A bit about your role
The Domain Engineering Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic technology outcomes across nbn's Appointment Booking, Scheduling, and Work Optimisation platform. The role also fosters a high-performance culture by mentoring teams, promoting continuous improvement, and championing modern DevSecOps practices. As a key member of the domain leadership group, the Domain Engineering Lead collaborates across functions to align engineering outcomes with business priorities, while supporting team development, agile maturity, and operational excellence.
