HealthX provides long-term and sustainable workforce solutions for healthcare organisations. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be accountable for setting and executing the organisational strategy and the overall management of HealthX’s operations, with a strong emphasis and focus on profitable growth and staff and client satisfaction. Fundamental to your success will be the ability to lead strategically in an adaptive and innovative market, as well as ensuring HealthX’s staff and clients are at the heart of all decision making. You will also work to ensure that any new services, assets, or technologies are seamlessly integrated as into the business.
You will enjoy the market facing aspects of this role, including building relationships with key stakeholders in senior positions in a range of industries. You will be supported by an experienced Board heavily invested in the success of the organisation. After a period of rapid expansion through the COVID-19 crisis, there is now ample opportunity to focus on building a market leading culture and deliver investment in the people and assets.
You are a proven and effective executive leader with a track record of driving a strong organisational culture, quality service delivery, growth and transformation within health workforce solutions or an aligned industry. You will bring high-level strategic and commercial acumen, strong execution capability, and a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with staff and stakeholders to advance the interests of HealthX as an organisation.
