Talent focus is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a Global manufacturing business that has a great working culture and is local with an Immediate start.
As a customer service Team Leader, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the day-to-day functions of the Customer Service Department.
**The role**:
- Oversee all processes of orders and support back of house and front of house departments.
- Manage, document and resolve all customer enquiries/issues.
- Perform outgoing calls to allocated customer portfolios in order to build relationships, introduce new products and grow sales.
- Process payments and prepare and process credit notes.
- Accounts payable/receivable and enquiries and general banking when required.
- Maintain database and inventory control.
- Other adhoc duties.
**About you**:
- Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in a customer service and leadership management role.
- Proven relationship management experience, call Centre experience (desired).
- Previous experience working within the food, service or manufacturing industry (desired)
- KPI/ target driven.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- A genuine interest in contributing to a dynamic team.
- Attention to detail.
