**Customer Service Representative Team Leader - Permanent full time position**

Head office based in Alexandria - 10 minute walk from train station

Work from home - 1 day per week

My client provides high quality products to the residential, commercial and industrial market place and they set a high standard of excellence in everything they do. They value and support team work, as well as recognise and appreciate a positive contribution and initiative.

Due to ongoing sales growth, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Team Leader to coach and support the customer service representative team of 6 - to continue to deliver a very high level and effective service to customers and the organisation.

Reporting to the Manager, this very important role is responsible for ensuring the customer service team and processes are performing and contributing at their very best.

To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:

- Excellent customer service representative and leadership skills, with proven ability to motivate, train and lead a team.
- Energy, initiative and commitment to succeed and a can-do attitude.
- Observe and interact to find a better way and improve processes.
- Constantly engaging with your team to build a high performing and empowered team.
- Managing and resolving day to day problems and issues.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and inquiries effectively, with mutual beneficial outcome.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with well-developed customer focused language.
- Critical problem solver with proven ability to identify problems and find solutions.
- Consistently meeting team KPI's
