Property Manager

Looking for a Superstar Property Manager to join a small team

Working together with the founder and Licensee of a successful, growing boutique agency you will manage your own Portfolio of residential properties across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

Working in a small team and managing your own portfolio means you can be flexible with tasks and hours if need be to achieve client satisfaction.

In this role you get to deal directly with your landlords, tenants & trades (with support when you are away).

Take away pressure and unrealistic KPI’s and give it your best using technology and systems in order to do your job much more efficiently.

This role requires someone who has the same passion and level of care and to coordinate with and negotiate with all types of people.

The role is fast paced at times and needs multi-tasking but will see you with excellent support to learn and be part of a growing team whilst having fun of course

Task and Responsibilities include:
Tenancy Lease preparation
Coordinating Ingoing & Outgoing inspections
Conducting scheduled Routine Inspections (can be set by you)
Coordinating & following repairs & maintenance
Arrears management
Review of market rents and issue rental Increases
Review of leases and coordinate renewals
Processing invoices and on charging tenant invoices
Understand and follow company policies and procedures
Understand and follow NSW Fair Trading and legislative requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:
A driver’s license
A current Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) or Real Estate License
Professional presentation & attitude
The ability to work independently and unsupervised
Proven experience working in Real Estate and Property Management
Positive mindset and gratitude towards the industry
Ability to multitask while remaining organised and under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent time management
Attention to detail is especially important, as is a high level of accuracy in all work
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Computer and digital literacy
Property Tree experience is a bonus

Salary

A Salary and allowance package will be offered that reflects the level of the applicant’s experience and negotiated with the successful applicant.

In addition to the salary package the successful applicant will get a work mobile phone, computer and use of a company vehicle.

There is also the ability to earn commissions through the successful referral of new business.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
