About the Role
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team, someone who's equal parts creative storyteller and strategic thinker. This is a fast-paced role with a strong focus on results, helping shape how our brands are seen online, drive engagement and leads across multiple platforms, and generate qualified enquiries that support our expanding business.
You'll work across multiple brands and projects, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to implement impactful marketing strategies, while also working with us to join forces with a digital marketing agency to streamline our strategy, website updates and paid ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage multiple brand accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Grow audiences and engagement while driving leads and nurturing meaningful community connections
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign themes
2. Content Creation
- Film and edit engaging video and photo content showcasing open homes, events, and lifestyle moments
- Stay on top of social trends and create relevant, on-brand content that drives leads
- Use Canva and existing brand kits to maintain strong, consistent visual identity across platforms
3. Email Marketing & Blogging
- Design and distribute regular eDM campaigns using existing CRM systems, ensuring consistent communication across client segments
- Create and manage additional campaigns as needed to support listings, events, and seasonal marketing
- Write and publish blog content to boost SEO and position our brands as trusted voices in the market
- Analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
4. Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and update websites, ensuring content accuracy and brand alignment
- Work with our digital marketing agency to manage SEO, paid ads, and digital budgets
- Monitor analytics and search trends (including AI discoverability) to enhance reach and visibility
5. Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Coordinate and implement multi-channel digital campaigns
- Work alongside the digital marketing agency to track performance metrics, including engagement, website traffic, and lead generation
- Report back to the Marketing Manager and management team with performance insights and recommendations
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media coordination
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and email marketing tools
- Photography and videography experience (filming, editing, and optimising for digital platforms)
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on achieving results
Desirable:
- Background in Real Estate, property development, and lifestyle marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or other ad management platforms
- Strong understanding of emerging social and digital marketing trends
Working Arrangements
- Training Period: 3 months full-time in-office for onboarding and learning
- Hybrid Model: After training, you'll have the flexibility to choose a mix of in-office and work-from-home days based on your preferences and business requirements
- Locations: Boolaroo, Charlestown, and project sites across Newcastle & Lake Macquarie
- Flexibility: Some weekend and after-hours work required for open homes, auctions, and events
