You'll work closely with your lead agent to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and every client receives the premium Belle Property experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with client and buyer management, attending open homes and inspections
• Making outbound calls to potential buyers and clients
• Prospecting and generating new listing opportunities
• Maintaining and updating your agent's database
• Attending appraisals and listing appointments
• Coordinating end-to-end sales campaigns and ensuring deadlines are met
• Meeting personal and team KPIs
• Participating in regular coaching, training, and team development sessions

You're a confident communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are hungry to achieve results. You'll bring:

• Previous experience in real estate (essential)
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and driver's license
• Strong administration and time management skills
