**We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist to join our team.**

In this role you will be required to have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Operations Analyst
- Monitor IT systems and consoles ensuring functions
- Respond to system events or faults
- Experience within the Banking / Financial Services sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Payment projects highly desirable

**About You**
You will be an experience and confident Service Operations Specialist that has a experience in the Finance and Banking sector involved in the Card Payment domain. You will directly with the Service Delivery L2/L3 along with other business units.
