Look no further Join us as Operations Specialist **About your new Opportunity** As the Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the level of excellence our employees deliver across our restaurants. It will be your job to coach and train our Franchise Partners and Business Managers to ensure their teams deliver our service and products aligned with our Bien Chingones (bloody awesome) training programs and brand standards. You will act as a role model for the advancement of Mad Mex’s values, purpose, and ambition ‘to be the most loved and respected Mexican brand" by ensuring our Restaurants are delivering in line with this. You will be required to conduct Restaurant visits to assess Managers and employees' ability to deliver on our service standards providing them with coaching, feedback, and action plans on how to improve. In fact, being Cheeky is one of our core values We are: - Authentic - Keeping it real and consistently striving to be your best self - Cheeky - Your personality brightens the day of those around you - Connected - Consistently interacting and creating connections with those around you - Own It - Take extreme ownership to find solutions and outcomes - Healthy - Make positive choices that support living a big life **About You** To be considered for this role it is essential that you: - Minimum 3 years of Restaurant Management experience in the QSR / Fast Casual industry - Proven experience in training, coaching, and inspiring others to deliver Restaurant excellence - Proven ability and desire to identify areas of opportunity/success and provide constructive feedback or recognition - Advanced influencing and consultation skills - Track record in translating ideas and concepts into workable, practical high impact learning solutions; - Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable - Ability to undertake project work as required - Ability to travel regularly interstate and intrastate Mad Mex Restaurants operate from 8:00 am - 10 pm seven days therefore nights and weekends may be required from time to time. This position may require being contacted outside of office hours.
