**About the Role**

Joining our **Lifestyles**(home care support) team, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes, with travel between clients and working **short**, **split shifts** required.

To provide best support you will have experience in providing high intensity daily personal activities (including complex bowel care) and manual handling (including hoist transfers).

To be considered for a role you must have **availability for early morning shifts** and be willing to commit to a variety of individual client sessions which may be as short as 30 minutes. Note, shifts will be paid at a minimum of 2 hours and you will be reimbursed 0.99 cents per kilometre travelled between client sessions.

Shifts are available across various suburbs including **Castle Hill**, **Kenthurst, Baulkham Hills, The Ponds, Dural**and surrounds.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (including complex bowel care)
- Assist with hoist transfers
- Assistance with daily living (including personal care)
- Domestic assistance (support with household chores)
- Maintain and monitor person-centred plans
- Documenting and progress note keeping

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience providing High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA)
- Previous experience support people with disability in a home care setting
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confidence and experience in manual handling and providing personal care
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Willing to complete basic household chores
- Passionate about delivering Person-Centred care
