**About the Role**:
As a **Parts Interpreter**, you’ll be a key link between our workshop, customers, and suppliers. Your responsibilities include:

- Interpreting, quoting, and selling genuine BMW parts and accessories
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers regarding order statuses and delivery updates
- Assisting technicians at the counter with timely supply of parts
- Supporting profitability by implementing best practice purchasing and selling procedures
- Providing daily updates to service advisors on back-ordered or early arriving parts

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar parts interpreter role (automotive preferred)
- Relevant trade qualification is highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus with problem-solving ability
- Proficient IT and systems knowledge with great attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and strong team ethic
- A current, valid Driver’s License
