**Your Role in Our Growing Venture**

As our Online Business Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. You'll:

- Be the voice of Core & Floor Restore in our daily communications
- Manage our e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all user groups
- Create compelling campaigns that resonate with each of our target audiences
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and meet ambitious growth targets
- Bring our online programs, live classes, and workshops to life
- Create irresistible lead magnets that draw families to our community
- Reach out to potential partners who align with our mission

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 4+ years of experience in online business management, ideally in the health or education sectors
- Is a wizard with Kajabi, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Zapier (this one’s a must)
- Possesses strong marketing knowledge and strategic thinking skills
- Excels in project management and can lead diverse teams with heart
- Demonstrates high levels of accuracy, professionalism, warmth, and diplomacy
- Is passionate about girls and women's health across all life stages
- Can switch between professional and empathy mode in a heartbeat
- Is driven to meet and exceed business growth targets across multiple market segments
- Brings innovative ideas and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment

**The Nitty-Gritty Details**
- This is a remote position with flexible scheduling
- You'll be with us for 25 hours a week (5 days a week, flexi times and hours per day, online working)
- We'd love it if you're based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia (but this isn’t necessary)
- If you are based on the Sunshine Coast, we'll want to connect in person for meetings

- To begin with, a 6 month contractor role with a competitive salary: $35 - 45 per hour (AUD 45,500 - 58,500 annually)
