**About the Department**:

- Finance_

The Finance Department is responsible for directing and overseeing the financial activities of the Organisation and its associated entities.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Group Corporate Finance & Analysis Manager and acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Management Team, the Analyst - Corporate Finance is responsible for providing critical financial advice and support to the Organisation with regards to treasury management including debt & equity and capital investment/evaluation/approval including project feasibility.

**What our Analyst - Corporate Finance will be responsible for**:

- Assistance with managing the treasury function of the Organisation, including cash flow forecasting and maintaince of liquidity models, management of debt and equity capital obligations including bank covenant reporting and assistance with raising additional financing as and when required including execution of funding transactions.
- Assistance with capital investment evaluation such as preparation of project feasibility models and preparation of Capex Committee and Board approval papers including liasing with key stakeholders associated with projects.
- Supporting the finance governance framework including identifiying and implementation of cost management initiatives, emerging priorities, key risks and opportunities for the business.
- Assist with the integration of new assets and/or businesses into the group including acting as the trusted business partner to the relevant Executives and Managers responsible to drive financial accountability
- Such other relevant duties as required from time to time which would generally fall within the scope of this position.

**What our Analyst - Corporate Finance will look like**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field of Accounting/Finance, Management/Business Management, or related field, from a recognised educational institution.
- Preferably CA/CPA/CFA (or equivalent) qualified
- Ability to extract insights from monthly results and a proficiency in clearly and simply explaining findings to executive team and non-finance managers.
- Capable of discovering and implementing new efficiencies in all aspects of your role.
- Experience working in a high-functioning finance team to overcome challenges and work together to meet commitments.
- Ability to think critically about creating solutions for the business and assess the validity of future opportunities through concise financial modelling and analysis.
- Proven experience in calculating and reporting on financial metrics.
