Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resources clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resources, FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013

We are a client focused organisation with a strong track record in the successful delivery of contracts in mining, civil and bulk handling projects.

**The role**:

**Procurement Officer **to join our Procurement team.

**Role Requirements**:

- Competent and well versed in Microsoft suite - Excel, and proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing systems
- Team oriented and customer outcome focused attitude
- Pronto ERP experience desirable
- High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment is essential
- Ability to establish rapport with vendors and stakeholders
- Good organisational, time management skills with the ability to perform effectively to meet deadlines
- Ownership of fulfillment of daily conversion of purchase requisitions and coordinating on-time and urgent supply requirements with internal and external parties across and assigned portfolio of projects
- Monitoring and expediting of back orders and working with suppliers to hold them to performance obligations and supporting business in sourcing alternatives
- Develop knowledge base of suppliers for supported regions/projects for future requirements
- Support and participation in supplier review meetings
- Contribute to procurement process improvements and offer training/support guidance as required to internal stakeholders
- Rotational weekend after hours machine down stand-by support amongst procurement team
- Able to complete pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
