**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Brand Manager to lead our Herschel & Timberland brands. Reporting to the Divisional CEO you will be responsible for leading the team in delivering profitable sales across our wholesale customers. In addition, you will also deliver brand strategy, achieve commercial objectives and be responsible for orderbook management to all wholesale customers.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Deliver sales of relevant brands to assigned Wholesale Customers / Accounts
- Responsibility to lead and manage the team of Account Managers for the wholesale businesses, Timberland Tree and Timberland Pro and Herschel
- Manage the distribution of the brand for Accent Group, and its key commercial components
- Manage the marketing team and the implementation of marketing strategies and marketing budget
- Manage and collaborate with the DTC buyer for the Timberland and Herschel retail
- Order all relevant samples and ensure this is managed within budget
- Consistently monitor and report on sell through of all wholesale accounts

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Relevant previous experience in Apparel & Footwear is highly regarded
- Demonstrated 5+ years experience in Sales & Brand Management
- University degree in business with a sales focus is preferable.
- Industry understanding and exposure to sales, retail, footwear, apparel and account management
- Understand retail, apparel & footwear product, supported by sufficient business skills.
- Exceptional relationship management to deliver a positive experience with customers
- Ability to meet sales objectives and profit targets
