Join our team in Minto as Sales Support Administrator

This is a customer-centric role where you will be able to demonstrate your customer care skills as well as work closely with your colleagues across the site to provide the relevant waste management solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers are able to dispose of their hazardous waste in the safest and most responsible way.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting the sales team with documentation and compliance requirements
- Customer care - in this role, you will help provide a great customer experience over the phone by keeping them updated, problem solving and helping them with their hazardous waste needs
- Learning our vast array of services (over 450 in chemical waste) and being comfortable with talking to customers about the best solutions for their needs
- Proactively manage customer accounts and provide pre-qualified leads to the sales team
- Ensure information provided to the sales team is accurate and relevant
- Manage relationships with all internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless end to end sales process
- Report on sales activity, customer and competitor activity, KPIs and other data as required
