**About You**

You will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic support to the Justice contracts and Growth function. You will develop strong relationships with the Justice contract’s Senior Management teams and externally with all relevant Corrections contract stakeholders.

You have demonstrated record of accomplishment in delivering excellence in the services industry specialising in Business to Government. With this you will have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to adopt new ways of working.

**About the Role**

This position will support the Senior Leadership teams within each Justice contract and work alongside the General manager - Justice Operations to ensure that contracts meet their KPI’s, business goals and deliver efficient and effective operations. This role can be based in NSW, SA or WA.

You will provide support to the Justice contracts for all strategically focused projects and for transformation/remediation projects. This role will provide leadership in driving innovation across all Justice contracts; implementing value for money improvements aligned to customer expectations and/or bid promises and to minimise or mitigate operational risk.

**_ To be successful you will have_**
- Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team at a senior level
- At least 7 years’ experience in an equivalent Senior Management position
- At least 10 years’ experience in Justice or a related industry
- Senior Management experience obtained within a relevant operational services organisation
- Maintain a current Australian Federal & State Police Clearance
- Hold a valid passport and driver's licence
- Health and fitness assessment
